What does a high level of B12 on a blood test mean?

My son had a high level on a B12 test (2000) Before it was 900 he about 6 months ago it was 1200 and now 2000. All other labs were normal. Any other ideas or causes for this high reading. (Besides Leukemias and anemias...) What could cause a false high reading? (Besides taking B12)What does a high level of B12 on a blood test mean?
there are several reasons that it could be high, sometimes high B12 levels appear in people being diagnosed with cirrhosis (liver cancer) see the link below...
it means that he has a high level of vitamen b-12 in his system.. i bet he does not get bite by mosquetos
I don't know but probably just too much of one food that has b12 in it....
I'm sure it's no biggie. if it was the doctors would inform you
He's using a ''wash'' to flush out any drugs in his urine and taking the B-12 to mask it. The B-12 adds color to the diluted urine.

Maybe your son is hooked on b12 like it is a drug
depending on his age...
he could like the fact it increases your heart rate and makes you extremely hyperactive this is possible not a lie.
